Illume is a 10-story luxury condominium tower in the West Loop consisting of board-formed exterior walls and other exposed walls and columns, two levels of dedicated parking, balconies and terraces.  Logistics were challenging because the building perimeter was at the lot lines and there was very little room to stage materials and equipment.
