21 W. Chestnut is an 18-story structure with thirteen floors of luxury condominiums above five levels of parking.  The exposed concrete walls around the perimeter of the structure are highlighted with cast-in-place concrete rustification.  Concrete Structures provided the project with general contracting services including: self-performing cast-in-place concrete work, subcontracting design/build MEP trades, providing build-out of 126 condominium units, and handling all city occupancy inspections and permits.
