This 12-story residential tower sits at the corner of Erie and Dearborn streets.  The small site, surrounded by high-rise structures, required a high degree of planning and efficiency.  Concrete Structures completed the project within our client’s time requirements, allowing them to complete interior build-out activities and close on condo units on time.
