This 48-story mixed-use high-rise located in the heart of Streeterville has 444 rental units and retail space.  Amenities include a fifth-floor outdoor pool and an open sky deck on the 37th floor.  Hidden behind the steel-clad crown on top of the building is the tuned sloshing damper – a water-filled massive concrete tank designed to reduce the building’s sway and increase tenants’ comfort. The crew achieved a four-day cycle on the first 38 floors of the tower and a three-day cycle on the last ten floors, despite the complex oval-shaped building edges and resulting challenges in installation of PT cables.
