A “postage stamp” job site, expansive architectural concrete, and an accelerated schedule were the challenges presented to Concrete Structures with 757 N. Orleans.  Located at the busy corner of Orleans Street and Chicago Avenue, this 22-story structure is a case study in downtown Chicago construction techniques.  Through the use of self-climbing forms and pumping equipment, Concrete Structures minimized negative impact on the surrounding community, while delivering the completed structure within client time requirements.
