Concord’s second project continued the development of “loft style” concrete.  The tenth-floor terraces feature exposed architectural concrete and isolated beams which continue the roof line above the terraces.  This ten-story structure was built around an existing eight-story masonry building and abutted the Eisenhower expressway.  With careful logistical pre-planning, the concrete structure was completed on budget and within schedule constraints.
