City View Tower is a 13-story residential/parking structure, with three levels of above-grade parking and ten levels of residential space. City View Tower offers unobstructed views of Chicago’s skyline.  Meeting the demanding schedule of this project required Concrete Structures to build the elevator core walls well in advance of the floor slabs. This sequence reduced the pour-cycle duration and allowed the completed structure to be delivered earlier than originally expected.
