This 26-story office complex is one of the tallest structures in Chicago’s suburbs.  The exterior features precast granite cladding and a gold spire.  Concrete Structures provided the project with general contracting services including: self-performed cast-in-place concrete work, subcontracted design/build MEP trades, and build-out of all office suites for the tenant.  Our leadership and organization on the project allowed the Arthur J. Gallagher Company to move into the space ahead of schedule.
