Phase I of this residential development was a precast concrete structure completed by other contractors.  Concerned about the lengthy construction process associated with precast concrete, the owners opted for a cast-in-place structural system for Phase II.  The decision proved to be a great one, as Concrete Structures completed the cast-in-place, post-tensioned structure in significantly less time than the precast of Phase I.
