Old Town Park is a 32-story high rise tower and 7-story podium building with 405 residential units, amenity level with pool and spa, landscaped outdoor recreational space, 25,000 square feet of retail, and dedicated parking.  This building is the first of three new high-rise towers currently planned in this block.
