The Residences of 41 E. 8th St. is a 38-story mixed-use structure, consisting of three below-grade and five above-grade parking levels, grade-level retail, mid-rise townhomes, and 32 floors of luxury residential space.  The concrete building frame is wrapped with a masonry façade.  Concrete Structures was responsible for all cast-in-place concrete work above caissons and completed the residential levels on an accelerated four-day cycle.
