Chestnut Tower is a 37-story residential/parking structure, including five levels of parking and thirty-two levels of residential units. This structure features exposed (painted) architectural concrete.  Concrete Structures completed all formwork, reinforcing, and concrete above the caisson level, achieving a five-day pour cycle on typical levels. This project was completed on time and on budget.
