Long-time client Turner Construction contracted with Concrete Structures to complete the concrete foundations and superstructure of the Rush University Cohn Research Building.  Concrete Structures brought its considerable experience in downtown high-rise construction to the project, solving several complex logistical issues.  The project was completed on time and on budget, with minimal disruption to adjacent hospital operations.
