Elm Tower is a 16-story residential/parking structure, with five levels of parking and eleven levels of luxury residences.  This project posed challenging site and logistical issues.  The tight jobsite, with high voltage wiring encroaching on the building and numerous transitional floors, required Concrete Structures’ management, safety, and site teams to work together in finding solutions.
