Optima Horizons is a residential development in downtown Evanston.  The project consisted of four above-grade levels of parking and twelve 30,000 square foot residential levels. The design included a terrace at the fifth floor, a ground level swimming pool, and an open plaza at the north end of the property. The building entrance plaza includes a fountain and reflecting pool.  Concrete Structures was responsible for all cast-in-place concrete work above the caisson level.  The project progressed through the winter months at a rate of one full level per week and completed on time.
