The Hudson is a 25-story high-rise tower with 240 residential units, four levels of parking and retail shops.  The perimeter of the tower consisted of exposed concrete outrigger walls and upturn beams with reveals.   An integral “podium” is located on the west of the tower which extends the retail and parking areas.  It also consists of the amenity levels where the pool, hot tub, and landscaped areas are located.
