Two River Place is a complex design, consisting of three independent but adjoining structures built on one site.  Five levels of parking are enclosed on the east and west sides by six-story residential structures.  The tower consists of twelve additional levels of residential space.  This project’s riverfront site created several logistical challenges, such as materials storage and delivery.  By delaying the start of one six-story structure, the more critical tower completion was expedited.  Concrete Structures rose to these challenges and completed the project on time.
